Attendee Marketing
Platinum sponsor's company name and logo will be mentioned in pre-show attendee marketing including prominent placement on direct mail conference brochures and electronic communications.

Your company's logo w/link and an expanded company description will appear on the sponsor Web page.

General Session Welcome and Introduction
One of your corporate executives will be able to welcome the attendees and introduce the general session speaker at one of the two general session in the conference program.

Includes a demonstration area of 8ft x 10ft with a 6 foot table and two chairs.  Exhibit space designed for a table-top display or pop-up booth.  NOTE – there will be no decorator contracted so please make sure to bring only a table-top or pop-up.

Access to Attendee List
Platinum sponsors will have the ability to mail or e-mail a post-show direct mail piece to attendee list twice.

OTHER SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Conference Writing Pads - $3,000 (Limit 1)
Writing pads will be placed in each breakout room before the beginning of each session for attendee's use. The writing pads will be created by Insight Forums and will be printed with the Financial Communications Forum logo/tagline on one side of the page and the logo/tagline of the sponsor on the opposite page. or The writing pads can be created by the sponsor for a sponsorship fee of $1,500.
Note: Must be a sponsor to be able to purchase this sponsorship. Insight Forums reserves the right to approve all copy.

Badge Lanyards - $2,000 (Limit 1)
Each conference attendee receives a lanyard at registration as a convenient way to hold the attendee's conference badge. The lanyard will be selected by Insight Forums, and will be printed with the logo/tagline of the sponsor.
Note: Must be a sponsor to be able to purchase this sponsorship. Insight Forums reserves the right to approve all copy.

Conference Bags - $2,000 (Limit 1)
Each conference attendee will receive a conference bag at registration as a convenient way to carry conference materials and collect information they receive from our sponsors. The bags will be selected by Insight Forum staff and will be printed with the Financial Communications Forum logo/tagline on one side and the logo/tagline of the sponsor on the reverse.
