The Insight Award for Customer Advocacy in Financial Services
Do you work for, or know of, an organization that is especially good at communicating information about financial services to its customers? If so, then consider submitting a nomination for the Insight Award for Customer Advocacy in Financial Services!
First presented in 2006, the Insight Award program honors financial communications initiatives that empower customers to make fully informed choices and successful purchase decisions. The judging criteria focus primarily on clarity and transparency, and initiatives encompassing all media types (print, Web, video, etc.) and geographies are welcome.
Details about the 2009 Award program are currently being finalized as part of the rollout of the New Insight Forums. However, the Nomination Form is still available to guide you as to generally what and how to submit (112k PDF).
